DELIVERY

Delivery is added to each order.  Shades will be grouped together where possible to make the shipping as economical as possible.  

 

​Orders in stock are dispatched within 3-5 working days.  Bespoke or commission items are sent within 1-2 weeks.

We use Evri for all UK deliveries.  Please contact us at hello@vixps.co.uk if you need your items sent to The Channel Islands.

We are happy to ship worldwide.  All costs for international deliveries will be agreed prior to the sale and will be exclusive of respective custom fees, tax or import duties.  Please contact us at hello@vixps.co.uk for details on international shipping.

UK returns

We really hope you love your shade, however we do appreciate that returns might have to be made.  Any returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of initial delivery.  The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@vixps.co.uk and include your name and order number.

Postage cost for return items is at the customers discretion unless the item being returned is faulty.
